The Annual convention of the Ontario Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches is again just around the corner. It is our wish as Leadership Council that all the congregations would be well represented at this event. We would invite all pastors, moderators and representatives from the congregational leadership teams to join us in celebrating God’s working amongst us. Each congregation may send one delegate for every 25 members or fraction thereof, PLUS Pastor(s), Moderator, Treasurer, one Elder or Deacon or Church Council Member, and any Chairperson(s) of Conference Boards of Conference Boards/Committees should register as a Delegate or Guest.

It will be an opportunity for fellowship, hearing/reviewing reports from various conference ministries, displays, workshops aimed at resourcing local congregations, elections and approving budget for 2009.Please refer to attached registration form and submit to Port Rowan MB Church via email or fax – deadline Feb. 9, 2009. The Port Rowan church will be providing billeting and list of options re: bed & breakfast and hotel accommodations will be made available shortly.
